- August is generally very nice. I lived there for several years and enjoyed that time of year . You can also go to the weatherbug.com and check it out.
- Probably rainy.
- afraid in truth I have to say
it always rains there ....every day
and not just quiet drizzly spurts
it rains so hard ...it really hurts..!
and check you wipers.they must work
or you ll see nothing in the murk
so take umbrella,boots and coat
and maybe pack a blow-up boat...!!
- I was born and raised in north east of Scotland, now live in Australia, Why you may ask?, because it's bloody warmer here and we haven't had a days rain in 3 years
its harvest time in Scotland in August, I'm sure the weather will be kind to you, check out the heather for me, I haven't seen the "blooming purple heather" in 40 years
god bless
- Scotland's weather is very unpredictable - particularly when it comes to rain. should be warm / mild at that time of year but be prepared for rain!
- August is generally a pleasant month weather wise . Varies greatly from part to part Drier on east side Most reliable for dry and warm would probably be Moray coast - Banff - Cullen etc
