Is this site just a chance for all scottish people to slate the English, I am english and i fully support the jocs in all sport but maybe i should rethink?

17. As a Celtic fan, I love to see Rangers lose. Spurs fans love to see Arsenal lose. Man City fans love to see Man Utd lose. None of this is questioned. So why do people find it hard to understand why Scotland fans love to see England lose?? Every football fan loves to see their nearest rivals lose. There is no malice there, just rivalry. It's football - rivalry is what gives it passion.

    I am a Scot who lived in England (4 long years)... let me tell you - your fellow country men don't make it easy for an easy oasy girl who lives by the "If your nice to me ... attitude"
    
    At one Scot v Eng game - where England won ... not only did I get partially drowned in the pub (& I laughed went along with the banter) but some fkr put in my house window and stole the Saltire flag I had in the window ... why ???
    
    So I got out of there toot sweet and moved as far away as I could - which is one of the reasons I'm in New Zealand ... with a million English neighbours ... but they tend to be a teeny, tiny, toety bit chilled here (maybe as a lot of Kiwi's pick on them) ... Oh If you have any idea who stole my flag ...
19. i dont blame you for thinking like that. i basically made the same point in another question but with the roles reversed.i was withdrawing my support from england due to the idiots slagging all things scottish. so its swings and round abouts am afraid.
