What is the absolute cheapest way to travel from Scotland to Japan (Osaka)? I want to travel to Japan to meet my penpal who is in Kawanishi (near Osaka Itami airport). I have looked on various web-sites and the cheapest fare I can find is about £400 return. NB I am in Scotland (near Edinburgh). Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to get there as cheaply as possible? I was even wondering about getting a job on a cruise ship, but maybe it would take me the rest of my life to get there that way! Thanks

Scotland travel recommendations? Hi, I'm going over to the UK in mid-June and am going up to Scotland for two maybe three nights. Since I'm only going for a couple of nights I was wondering if anyone could suggest what city/what places to visit to get the most out of my short stay? I don't want to be stuck in a city the entire time and would like to see some of the scenery. Also travelling on a limited budget! Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Good travel deals from Scotland to Ireland? Anyone know where I can donate a pram/travel system in Scotland? I live south of Edinburgh and have a perfectly good Mamas and Papas travel system with car seat, pram section and buggy, and two chassis frames (one which folds up neat for town and the other a bit more rugged for country). I'd like to give this to someone that really needs it and couldn't afford it otherwise - anyone any ideas? Thanks!

What are the best places to visit in Scotland when traveling with two teenage boys and a 9 year old? We want to tour Scotland again, but this time want to be sure that the boys are somewhat entertained along the way.....hopefully this will make our travel experience more bearable! We have already seen Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, Ayr and Aberdeen. Any thoughts on what would be interesting for all of us? As long as the boys have a few things to look forward to along the way, that should keep them quiet (hopefully). Thanks so much for any advice you can give.
